SOCIAL STATUTES
WFKU - WORLD UNION OF THE KARATE FEDERACIES
Art. 1o - the WORLD UNION Of THE KARATE FEDERACIES, thus
assigned for the acronym WFKU, established in 22/01/2005 a civil Society of
Porting character, with corporate entity and Patrimonial proper, WITHOUT
LUCRATIVE ENDS, with World-wide headquarters in the State of Utah á
Paragraph Only - A WFKU, will be represented Actively and Passively,
Judicial and Extrajudicially for the President.
Art. 2o - A WFKU, whose stated period of duration is
indeterminate, will second exert its made use activity in this Statute and
the pertinent legislações or that they come to appear in elapsing of the
time, having for purpose:
a) - To spread out and to stimulate in the World, the practical one of the
Karate.
b) - To promote Championships of Karate, in World-wide level.
c) - To recognize and to register in its archive, the examinations of Bands
of filiados and its Associates and all the Colorful Bands.
d) - To recognize and to register in its archive, the filiados ones of its
Associates, carriers of Black Bands.
e) - To promote Entailed Courses, Congresses, Lectures and other events,
respeitantes to the Karate and its Departments.
f) - To guard for the organization and for disciplines and practises of the
Karate and the Associations that are filiadas to them.
g) - To fulfill and to make to fulfill to the constant determination of
Extraordinary Acts of the National Entities and International Organisms the
one that is filiada, as well as forwarded for the Agencies and the
Authorities that integrate the Public Power.
h) - To forward to the filiadas ones, with character of obligator adoption,
any necessary act to the Organization, functioning and disciplines of the
activities of the Karate and od Aggregate Departments.
i) - To apply penalties in the limit of its attributions to the RESPONSIBLE
ones for the non-observance of the prescribed and legal statutory norms.
j) - To decide on the promotion of competition of Karate and the Associates

k) - To promote examinations of superior graduation, or either until 2o
Dan (NIDAN), through board of examiners formed for this end, from 3o
DAN (SANDAN), the Examinations will be carried through by the board of
examiners of WFKU World-wide union of the Federacies of Karate.
l) - To intercede, before Being able them Public, in defense of the rights
and legitimate interests of the legal people and physical citizens á its
jurisdiction.
m) - To practise, in the exercise of the World-wide Direction of the Karate
and too much Departments, all the necessary acts accomplishment of its ends.

World-wide Union of the Federacies of Karate, and, Presidents of the

CHAPTER II Of the ORGANIZATION Of Them TO BE ABLE And INTERNAL AGENCIES
Section
1 - (Of the ORGANIZATION)
Art. 3o - WFKU it is constituted of the Porting
Associations filiada.
Art. 4o - the Organization and functioning of WFKU,

General Regulation and necessary acts. Only Paragraph - WFKU it will not
recognize as valid the disposals that regulate the Organization and the

financial incomes and resources also proceeding from the obligations that
to assume, will be exclusively, used in the accomplishment of its purposes.
Art. 6o - WFKU it will not intervine in businesses or
peculiar activities to its Associates.
(2) Art. 7o - No Association could be filiada without
making test of the fulfilling of the following requirements:
a) To be legal entity.
b) Possuir compatible internal legislation with the norms adopted for WFKU.
c) Possuir the Business license demanded for law.
d) Ter conditions to dispute the instituted Championships and Matches, with
obligator character for WFKU.
e) To make use of installations and conditions techniques for practical of
the Karate and other modalities.
f) Ter as responsible Technician, person with capacity recognized technique
for WFKU, in the form of the Internal regulation. g) Atender also the norms

Art. 8o - the elections will be carried through by secret

Art. 9o - the members of them To be able and agencies
will not be, of any form, remunerated for the functions that exert in WFKU.
Art. 10o - the member of any power or agency will be able

CHAPTER III OF THEM TO BE ABLE INTERNAL AGENCIES
Art. 11o - They are to be able of WFKU. a) the General
meeting; b) the Statutory audit committee and Advisory; c) the Presidency;
d) and the Commission of Ethics and Disciplines. (3)
CHAPTER IV OF THE GENERAL MEETING
Art. 12o - the Assembly, consisting of the filiadas
Associations is the maximum power of WFKU. First paragraph - Each
Association will have right to a vote, independent of the number of branch
offices or integrant Bands Black of it. Paragraph Second - the Associations
will be represented by its respective Presidents or legal substitutes, or
by credential commission agents for the Presidents, by means of officiate
for specific ends, being the unipessoal representation Paragraph Third -

Deliberative Assembly where to participate. They do not count in double for

Art. 13o - the General meeting to congregate it:
1o) - Ordinariamente in the Second fortnight of the month
of March of each year stops:
a) To know report of the administrative and financial activities of the
previous exercise, presented for the President.

financial statements and patrimonial with seeming of the Statutory audit
committee.
2o) - To each 4 (four) years to choose the President,
Vice President Administrativo and the elective members and Substitutes of
the Statutory audit committee and Advisory, giving immediate ownership to
them for this end, it will be necessary the approval of at least half plus
one of the Associations, regularly enrolled in WFKU e registered as Legal
entity.
a) - If not reaching the quorum above, new Assembly is convoked for
transcorridos 90 days, to choose the new direction again. b) if not
reaching again the demanded quorum, is the mandate of the extending
previous management per more two years.
3o - Extraordinariamente, in the form foreseen in (Art.
16) being able to be required its invocation: a) For the Fiscal and
Advisory Chairman of the board. b) For half plus one of the filiadas
Associations. c) For the President of WFKU. (4)
Art. 14o - It still competes to the General meeting:
a) - To fill the vacant offices, assuming this attribution.
b) - To grant headings of President of Honor, Great Meritorious, and
honorary Emérito and, the Medal of Merit, observed the established
conditions and "quorum" in this Statute.
c) - To authorize the President of WFKU to acquire, to alienate or to
record the real properties, by means of proposals of the Direction,
instructed with seeming of the Statutory audit committee
d) - To delegate to be able special to the President of WFKU.
e) - To suspend of the exercise of the position, any member of the power
for elect it, when to occur, established suspicion of irregular behavior in
the performance of the mandate, for the unextendable stated period of 45 (forty
and five) days, by means of the approval of at least 2/3 of the regularly
enrolled Federacies in WFKU.
f) - To dismiss any member of the power for elect it, by means of the
approval of at least 2/3 of the filiadas Federacies, regularly enrolled in
WFKU.
g) - To remodel the Statute, in all or part, for proper initiative or
proposal of the President, by means of the approval of at least 3/4 of the
regularly enrolled Associations in WFKU. h) - To interpret the Statute in
last instance.
i) - To decide on the extinguishing of WFKU, for proper initiative or
proposal of the Direction, by means of and approval of at least 3/4 (three
rooms of the filiadas ones, in day with the statutory requirements.
Occurring the extinguishing, all the goods of WFKU, will be reverted for
the Institutions of Aid the Devoid People.
j) the concession of headings and medals will be preceded of proposals
firmed by the Direction, or at the very least, for 2/3 (two terços) of the
filiadas Federacies, following orientation of the Internal regulation.
First paragraph - the quorum that demands the approval of 3/4 of the
filiadas Federacies, must be interpreted as in the following example:
Existing 10 Federacies regularly enrolled: one calculates 3/4 of 10) = 7,5
being therefore necessary 8 votes to take care of The same to the quorum
demanded in relation to the quorum of 2/3.
Paragraph according to WORLD UNION Of THE KARATE FEDERACIES - WFKU, will
forward an official relation of all the Federacies, regularly enrolled in
the Entity and apt to participate of the Assemblies convoked for the
Federacy, 30 days before the accomplishment of the General meetings and
Extraordinary. The same in relation to the regularly enrolled athletes in
the Entity and apt to concur to any elective office. Paragraph Third - the
General meeting will elaborate the Internal regulation of WFKU. (5)
Art. 15o - the General meeting will be convoked by the
President, in the stated period of 5 (five) days to count of the request of
at the very least half of its members, or of the Statutory audit committee.
Art. 16o - the invocation of the General meeting will
become for publication in periodical of great State circulation, or for
addressed letter to its filiadas ones with minimum antecedence of 10 (ten)
days. Only paragraph - the invocation will mention in necessary terms the
date, the hour and the place of the accomplishment of the Assembly,
specifying obligatorily, the subjects that will have to be treated.
Art. 17o - the Assembly will install itself with the

CHAPTER V Of the STATUTORY AUDIT COMMITTEE And ADVISORY
Art. 18o - O Conselho Fiscal (CF) will be elect for the
General meeting (GAC) of four in four years simultaneously with the
President and the Vice President of WFKU, will have three effective members
and three substitutes. Only paragraph - the president of the CE will be

Art. 19o - He competes to the Statutory audit committee
through its President: a) To present to (GAC) seeming on the rocking of the

financial activity of the Federacy. The treasure-house will not be able to
effect expenses, payments or to emit checks in this period, preserving

Art. 20o - the CF will always be congregated that it will
be necessary to fulfill with its attributions, deliberating for vote of
simple majority of its members.
CHAPTER VI Of the PRESIDENCY
Art. 21o - the Presidency of WFKU, is composed in
President and the Vice President, elect for the General meeting, with
mandate of 4 (four) years, being allowed its consecutive re-election, in
accordance with the will of the majority of the filiadas ones.
Art. 22o - To the President, beyond the too much
attributions prescribed in this Statute, it competes:
a) To supervise, to co-ordinate, to direct and to fiscalize administrative,
economic, financial and porting the activities of WFKU.
b) Supervisionar the staff the service remunerated in the Entity and
consequencia, to nominate, to assign, to commission, to contract or to
rescind, to grant vacation, to praise to premiar, to open inquiry and to
restore processes
c) Apresentar á Annual shareholders meeting, in each one of its annual
meetings, reports detailed of the administration, carried through in the
previous exercise together with rocking of the economic and financial
movement, and seeming of the Statutory audit committee and Advisory.
d) Cumprir and to make to fulfill, in its powers and agencies the current
law.
e) To nominate and to excuse the members of the Direction, to assign to
assessors and components of the Commissions that to institute.
f) Fiscalizar the collection of the prescription and to authorize the
payment of the expenditures observing the budget in execution and the
limits of credits you add.
g) Abrir credits you add, by means of seeming of the Statutory audit
committee.
h) Assinar headings, checks, receipts or any other documents that
constitute financial obligation obeyed the disposals of this Statute and
the Internal Regulation.

WFKU, with approval of the Extraordinary General meeting.

WFKU, the cabíveis sanctions prescribed in the Statute, the General
Regulation, or any another act of the Entity, excepted the abilities of the
too much powers.

audit committee.
r) Submeter to the Direction in the stated period of 60 (sixty) days,
before the closing of each exercise, the proposal of budget to invigorate
in the following exercise.
s) Praticar any excluded acts of its explicita ability, by means of
delegation of being able of the General meeting.
t) Franquear to the Advice of Ethics and Statutory audit committee, all the
acts and information on its administration, that always requested.
u) immediate Dar fulfilment the decisions, deliberations and impugnations,
presented for the Advice of Ethics. First paragraph - To the President the
right to counsel in the General meeting is assured when its will be in
cause any act or of the Direction.
Art. 23o - the Vice President of WFKU, is the substitute
of the President. Only paragraph - the Vice chosen President will be able
to play any executive power of the President in transitory character, when
for this commission agent in express act.
Art. 24o - In case of impediment of the President and the
Vice President, or Avoidance of the respective positions, the Directors of
the Departments successively will be called to the exercise of the
Presidency, as the order previously established by the President, for the
maximum stated period of 90 (ninety) days.
First paragraph - the vacant of the position of President to occur in the
last year of the mandate, the Vice President will complement the period, in
contrary case, the Assembly will fill being, in this in case that, also
indicated a Vice President.
Paragraph Second - to occur the Avoidance in the two positions of the
Presidency, will have election for fulfilling of the same ones, saved if
the fact to occur in last the 3 (three) months of mandate.
Paragraph Third - to occur the resignation of the Vice President,
specifically for not agreeing to the administration of the President,
during the first year of the mandate, it will have to communicate for
writing the Statutory audit committee, to who it will after fit to seem
favorable of the agency, to convoke Extraordinary General meeting, to who
it will fit to judge the facts and even though to choose new President and
Vice President.
CHAPTER VII OF THE DIRECTION (8)
Art. 25o - Each one of the members will exert privative
functions of direction in the Department that to fulfill to manage to it,
in the form of the general regulation, with the contribution of
subdirectors, when necessary also nominated by the President.
Art. 26o - In case of impediment up to 90 (ninety) days
of any Director, its attributions will be exerted by the respective
subdirector in exercise, as assignment of the President.
Art. 27o - The Direction Will congregate itself. in usual
character, monthly, and extraordinariamente, when convoked for the
President.
Art. 28o - the members of the Direction do not answer
personally for the obligations that to contract on behalf of WFKU, in the
practical one of regular act of its management, but assume this
responsibility for the damages that to cause in virtue of infraction of the
Statute and the Law.
Art. 29o - the Direction of WFKU, without damage of the
ability attributed to the President, decentralize-if-á. in the following
Directions: E all the Presidents of Departments. a) 1o -
Bursar b) 2o - Bursar c) 1o - Secretary
d) 2o - Managing Secretary e) of Public Relations f)
Managing Technician g) Managing Managing Doctor h) of Managing Arbitration
i) of Legal Managing J) Competition Only paragraph - the Direction of WFKU,
will be able to suggest modification in the denomination of the Departments.
Art. 30o - Of the TREASURE-HOUSE - Competes to the Bursar
watching over for the faithful fulfilment of the statutory norms in

they will consist all clearly the financial movement of WFKU, as well as
all the evidential documents of such movements, duly warned to be made

cited. Paragraph Sixth - the Bursar will have to send temporary balance
sheet until day 5 of each month, to the Statutory audit committee, contends
all the financial movement of the Federacy in the previous month.
Paragraph Seventh - For the accomplishment of expenditures, acquisitions or
act of contract of services, above of 200 UFIR that are not foreseen and
approved in the Budget will be necessary to carry through taken of price
enters at least 3 idoneous firms and to have to seem favorable of the
Statutory audit committee.
Paragraph Eighth - the Bursar will deposit until day 5 of each month, in

Art. 31o - Of the GENERAL SECRETARY - Is ability and

regulation.
c) Assinar with the President, after organizing the Expedient all.
Art. 32o - Of the MEDICAL DIRECTOR - Competes to the
Medical Director providing team that folloies it and it assists it in the
competitions and that it guarantees the attendance to the athletes during
the event giving eventual first socorros to the same ones. (10)
Art. 33o - Of the DIRECTOR TECHNICIAN - the Director
Technician will be a position assigned for the President and will be
obligatorily, the black band more graduated its Country and registered in
WFKU e with recognized graduation for WFKU The biggest graduation for the
position will not only be demanded, when the proper President of the
Federacy will be graduated of the Style, recognized for WFKU With the
following attributions: a) To watch over for the standardization of the

ones in order to always keep the demanded standard the National and
International level. b) Ministrar courses of updates techniques placing

Art. 34o - Of the DIRECTOR OF COMPETITIONS - Competes to
the director of competitions the following functions: a) To form a team of

accomplishment of an event of Karate and other Departments. d) Manter
permanent contact with the Director of Arbitration and the related people
the competitions.
Art. 35o - Of the DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC RELATIONS - Competes
to the Director of public relations actively working in any activity of
public relations or elaboration of projects of propagandas and diffusion of
the Karate and Departments, with the objective to raise the name of WFKU,
the level of the said, writing and televisionada press.
Art. 36o - THEY ARE ATRIBUIÇÕES Of The LEGAL DIRECTOR: a)
- To assist the President b) - To defend the interests of WFKU, always that
they lock up legal substance.
CHAPTER VIII OF THE COOPERATION AGENCIES
SECTION I - Of The ARBITRATION DIRECTION (11)
Art. 37o - the Director of Arbitration will be nominated
by the President of WFKU, and indicates five (5) members approved for the
Direction, that will constitute the Advice of Arbitrators who is sovereign
in all its decisions referring the arbitration.
Art. 38o - the Director of arbitration will have the
following attributions:
a) - To indicate the members for the Advice of arbitrators.
b) - To indicate a Commission of arbitration with the objective of the same
o assists in the courses, credential and supervision of board members in
the competitions.
c) - To give the arbitration courses.
d) - To organize examinations of credenciamento of Arbitrators to the
National level.
Art. 39o - the Advice of Arbitrators together with the
Director of Arbitration will have as function to deliberate on all the
subjects that will be pertinent to the arbitration, fiscalizing in the
scope of its activities the faithful fulfilment of the rules of the Karate
and the established Coligados Departments in regulation proper and approved
in General meeting and the emanated ones of WFKU.
SECTION II - OF THE ETHICS COMMISSION ART.
Art. 40o - the Commission of Ethics will be constituted
by the President of the World-wide Union of the Federacies of Karate and
more nine (9) Filiados members of the Federacies of bigger graduation of
the Style, independent to be or not members of the Direction. If it will
have ties up to of the graduation, most aged is graduated. The vacant
appeared for resign or exclusion, will be completed to put rigorous order
of graduation. FIRST PARAGRAPH - the Commission of Ethics is a permanent

Commission. (12) Paragraph Room - the Commission of Ethics will choose
enters its members of temporary or permanent form, its representative, with
the function to establish the linking between the Commission and the too
much agencies of the Federacy, being received the requests and transmitting
its deliberations. Paragraph Fifth - the Commission will have to register
in proper Act book, all its meetings, being necessary the approval of at
least (06) members, so that its decisions have deliberation force. Contrary

Art. 41o - the Commission of Ethics will be congregated
asked for of the President or the Advice of Arbitrators, or the Statutory
audit committee and still for request of (03) of its members, in all the
chances where it has necessity of its effective participation.
Art. 42o - the Commission of Ethics will have the
following attributions: a) To judge and if necessary, to attribute
penalties to all filiados of (WFKU, whose behavior is contrary to the
principles of Ethics and the Budô, also of its proper members being able
excluiz them of the Commission. b To analyze the behavior of the filiados
ones in order to preserve the principles of the Order, disciplines and
respect for the hierarchy, basic in the teachings of the Karate and too
much Departments to interpret the Statutes of the Entity. c) necessary
Examinar and if, to indeferir the order of filiation of any candidate to
the Union. d) Julgar the inserted resources and penalties applied to any
member of WFKU. e) The Commission of Ethics will not be able to apply the
penalty of disconnection of WFKU to the elect members of the direction for
the General meeting in the exercise of its mandates. It will be able
suspends them of its activities for up to 30 days. Only paragraph - Of the

CHAPTER IX Of ASSOCIATIONS FILIADAS - ITS RIGHTS And DUTIES
SECTION I Of the RIGHTS (13)
Art. 43o - They are right of the filiadas Associations:
a) To conduct itself for proper, not conflicting laws with norms of
Superior Hierarchy. b) Participar of the General meeting c) Disputar the
Championships and Matches promoted for WFKU, in the form of the respective
regulations. d) Solicitar guiding of expedients to the agencies of the
public power, or to the National Organisms and Entities. e) Credenciar
Delegated that represents it WFKU, with being able of agent chief
executives, when responsible for all its acts. f) Obter the register of its
associates in. WFKU. Only paragraph - the Association to indicate the
competition, filiado of its academy that is not correctly registered in
WFKU, or is that one in debit with the update of the Cards of Member, the
indication will be rejected.
SECTION II OF THE DUTIES
Art. 44o - They are duties of the filiadas Associations:
Manter porting relations with the other filiadas b To fulfill and to make
to fulfill the disposals of this Statute, laws, accessories of WFKU,
determination of this emanated e, the norms lowered for the competent
Public Agencies that WFKU, obedience must. c To direct for intermediary of
WFKU, the requests and communications that will have to make the Public
Authorities. d the Associations will have to pay WFKU, until the last
working day of the month. the contributions and taxes and/or another fee
the one that will be obliged inside of the stated periods foreseen in the
disposals that if establish. e the filiadas associations will have to
participate of at least 2/3 (two terços) of the events carried through for
the Confederation without which they will not have right the vote in the
annual shareholders meetings or in the special meetings. f the filiadas
Federacies will have to participate obligatorily of the World-wide and
National Championship of Karate, organized for WFKU, fitting to who not to
participate the penalties foreseen in the Statutes and the Internal
regulation of WFKU. CHAPTER - X Of the EXAMINATIONS OF GRADUATION SUPEROR
(FAIXAS PRETAS) And Of the EXAMINATIONS OF INFERIOR GRADUACÃO (UNTIL 1o
KYU- BROWN BAND)
Art. 45o - the examinations of superior graduation (Black
Bands) will be carried through by WFKU inside of its legal ability, two
times per year in the dates previously established in the official calendar.
(14) First paragraph - the Board of examiners will be, composed for at the
very least four examiners, indicated for the President of the Federacy if
this it will be graduated of the Style, or Director Technician if this will
be graduated of the Style. The examiners will have to possess obligatorily,
superior graduation to who are being examined, recognized for WFKU.
Paragraph Second - A WFKU, will be able to request examiners of other
Federacies, filiadas WFKU, to complete the Board of examiners. Paragraph
Third - the Federacy will have, to communicate WFKU, the relation of
athletes who will give examination for graduation from 3o
DAN, establishing of joint form the date of the examinations, as well as
the composition of the board of examiners, for ends of recognition for WFKU,
of the gotten graduations. Paragraph Room - by any reason impeditive on the
part of WFKU, this will not be able to compose the board of examiners,
exactly having been taken care of to all the norms of this Entity; the
Federacy will be able to prorogue the date of the examinations for a period
of up to 12 months.
Art. 46o - they will only be able to give to examination
for black band the carriers of 1o kyu (brown band), with
minimum lack of permanence of 12 months in 1o Kyu and
that they have carried through two courses of arbitration in (WFKU as brown
band, with participation proven in at the very least four events (official
championships of WFKU, as board member. They must still have to seem
favorable of the Commission of Ethics.
Art. 47o - the examinations of inferior graduation until
1o Kyu (brown band) carried through by the filiadas
Associations WFKU, the same ones will only be recognized if to communicate
to the President daWFKU, with ten days of antecedence the date of the
examination, and after the examination will have ten days to send the
report of the approved ones with the had taxes. The examiner who will sign
the report, which will have to be sent WFKU, must have minimum graduation
of 3o degree and the same to be in day with its
obligations before WFKU. First paragraph - A WFKU, will be able to send a
member of the direction to follow the cited examination. Paragraph Second -
the responsible one for the association that will not be carrying of
minimum graduation of 3o Dan (3o degree
in the black band), will have to request a responsible one for the
examination to Mr. President of WFKU, that then it will indicate the
examiner, carrier of minimum graduation 3o Dan.
Art. 48o - No associate or filiado member á WFKU, will
have authorization to carry through examinations of superior graduation (black
band), fitting to the those that to disregard this determination, the
penalties foreseen in the Statutes and the Internal regulation of WFKU.
Art. 49o - For the candidates to the examination of
superior graduation in WFKU, they will be demanded beyond the qualification
technique and necessary lack, the following requirements: (15) a) -
Certified of good behavior and good repute firmed by (one) black band with
not inferior graduation 3o Dan (3o
degree of black band) filiado to WFKU, excepting that this (certified) will
only be necessary case the Titular Professor of the association he is of
inferior graduation 3o Dan. b) - Evidence of that it does
not possess criminal antecedents. c) - Test written of common knowledges on
Karate. d) - To have, comprovadamente by means of certificate, minimum
degree of instruction the level of 1o Pertaining to
school degree.
SECTION III - OF THE PENALTIES
Art. 50o - the Associates and its filiados will be
citizens the following penalties: a) - Warning; b) - Fine; c) - Suspension;
d) - Degradation of Graduation acquired through examination for the
Federacy; e) - Disconnection. First paragraph - Beyond the compensation
equivalent to the actual damage it will be passível of fine penalty, damage
of other penalties that in the case to fit á Associated or its filiado,
that to cause material damages to the Federacy. Paragraph Second - the
suspension penalty Will fit, that will not exceed 12 (twelve) months, when
the Associate or its filiado: a) - he will have been punished for previous
lack with the fine penalty; b) - To infringe any Statutory disposal or any
decision of the administrative agencies of the Federacy; c) - To proceed
incorrectly in the Federacy or meeting of any nature that that one to
organize, is of its dependences; d) - To disregard members of the Direction
or the Statutory audit committee when in the exercise of its functions. e)
- To disrespect orders of Controllers, Technician and Instructors of the
Federacy. in the exercise of its attributions; f) - Enrolled or assigned
person, officially, for any competition, to refuse its participation,
without justified cause; g) - not to accept the decisions of the
Arbitrators in competitions that attend or integrate: h) - not to indicate
á Federacy. at the very least one general 2 judge of squares or assistant
so that these assist in the services, during two consecutive Championships
or matches, when requested for the Federacy. Paragraph Third - the not
exempt suspension the Association or Filiado, of the payment of the which
had contributions, but hinders the exercise to it of all its social rights.
Paragraph Room - the penalty of Disconnection Fits, for the Associate or
its filiado. a) - That to leave just without reason, up to 90 (ninety) days
of the date marked for the repayment, any divides stops with the Federacy;
b) - That it will be relapsing in the Paragraph (20) of this article; c) -
That to deviate capital assets of the Federacy; (16) d) - That to promote
inside or is of the Federacy, when it will be representing it, directly or
indirectly, conflicts that attempt against against its good name; e) - That
for the behavior presented before the a society, to demonstrate that it
delayed the ethical and philosophical principles of the Karate Dô. f) -
That not to participate of at least 1/3 (terços) of the official events
carried through by the Federacy. (Section IV) Of the APLICACÃO Of the
PENALTIES And the RESOURCES
Art. 51o - the penalties foreseen in the previous Section,
will be applied by the President of the Federacy, with resource the
Commission of Ethics, in accordance with the Art. (40). First paragraph -
the warning could be applied by any Director. Paragraph Second - For
application of the penalties of suspension and disconnection, except for
the case contained in (Art. 46) the interested person will be able to
present defense in the stated period of 5 (five) days, being been the
criterion of the Presidency, the required external Tests. Paragraph Third -
the stated period, for instruction of the process will not be able to
exceed of 15 (fifteen) days. Paragraph Room - Of the penalty imposition,
resource will fit, in the stated period of 5 (five) days counted of the
notification of its application. Paragraph Fifth - the resources will not
have supersedeas and they will not be processings, they will have been
written in terms desrespeitosos, or presented destempo. Paragraph Sixth -
In the stated period of 30 (thirty) days, counted of its interposition the
final solution of the known resources will have to be pronounced.
CHAPTER XI OF THE GENERAL DISPOSICÕES
Art. 52o - the Associations and its filiados will not
answer, exactly subsidiariamente for the obligations contracted for WFKU.
Art. 53o - the Associations possess solidary
responsibility for all the acts come from its filiados.
Art. 54o - it will be allowed in the General meetings of
WFKU, the vote for power of attorney, since that granted for a filiada
person WFKU, and representing only (01) Associate.
Art. 55o - the Associations in regularization process,
when authorized for the General Chairman of the board, will be able to
participate of the same ones, however, without right the vote. (17)
Art. 56o - the examinations of Superior Graduation from 3o
Dan, always will be carried through privately, without the presence of the
public in general and athletes who are not Black bands.
Art. 57o - Any in case that that eventually it is not
understood in this Statute or in the Internal regulation of WFKU, always it
will be decided in General meeting convoked by the President of WFKU.
Art. 58o - the Statutes could be remodelled to any
foreseen time as in Art 14, letter (h), when it will have written agreement
of the President of WFKU with recognized firm.
Art. 59o - These Statutes enter in vigor in the Act of
its approval for the general meeting of Foundation of the Entity.
